Save
the searches you perform so you can easily recall them for future
use. Just click the new Save button on the Search window and a
wizard appears to help you save the search steps you've performed
under a name of your choosing. The names of all saved searches
appear in the Search pop up menu for easy access.

Display
any date quickly by clicking a day on one of the 3 new permanent
navigation calendars on the left side of the scheduler window.
Simply click an appointment to view its full details. Easily move
an appointment to a date not currently displayed by selecting
it, going to the desired date, and then clicking Move Event.

Keep
a history of every single time you correspond with a client or prospect.
Know exactly when you sent them an E-mail or a letter, talked with
them on the phone, mailed them marketing materials, or contacted
them in any other way.

standard HTML E-mail messages to clients containing invoices that

from SuccessWare.

form directly into SuccessWare. Capture their name, contact information,
what they're interested in, their event date, how they heard about
you, and more! This great feature works for any web site, so you
can continue to use your current site and hosting provider.

your clients, relations, prospects, and vendors in tab delimited
text or standard vCard formats. Import them into Outlook, Address
Book, Palm Desktop, handheld devices, smart phones, and more. Export
schedules in standard vCal format and import them into Outlook,
Palm Desktop, iCal, and more.

Insert
session locations, times, and addresses into letters and E-mail
messages. This feature is great for confirming the logistics of
complex sessions like weddings.

Attach
any file to an E-mail and send it to clients, relations, prospects,
or vendors. Simply click the pop up menu to the right of the new
Attachment field to select the file to send.

• Sort the items for deposit list
by clicking column headings.
• View the list of orders placed
from a session under the new Orders tab.
• Session subjects appear on scheduler
printouts.
• Hold down the shift key while
clicking Shorter Rows or Taller Rows in the To Do list to increase
or decrease the row height faster.
• New Command-[ keyboard shortcut
to open the search window on MacOS X. This replaces the Command-H
shortcut which is now used by the system to hide applications. Control-H
still opens the search window on Windows systems.
