More Great New Features!

See the latest transactions and the current balance immediately in the Modify Accounts window because the list of transactions automatically scrolls to the bottom upon initial display of an account.

Print multiple order forms directly from the List Orders window.

Store vendor account numbers and notes. These values automatically get pulled into vendors attached to sessions and order statuses.

Print studio notes for ordered items along with their descriptions.

Now, when Switch Current User is chosen, it is just like the opening password dialog which forces the user to enter a correct password. This allows users to select Switch Current User just before leaving the computer so that others may log in without quitting first.

Automatically display the More Choices window in the search window by checking Show More Choices Upon Opening the Search Window in the More Choices window. This is a user preference, so checking this box effects the current user only.

Print client cell phone numbers, E-mail addresses, custom fields, and session start and end times on order forms.

Print check payers on deposit slips.

Hide account balances on the Add Expenses window so no one can see your account balances while you are paying bills. Simply uncheck the Show Account Balance box at the top of the window.

Track canceled sessions with the new “Canceled” session status.

Void printed credit card payment checks.

Automatically highlights the contents of Find Client, Find Prospect and Find Vendor fields when tabbing into or clicking within them.

Temporarily turn off duplicate checking on the Add Prospects window with a check box at the top.

Faster application launch.

  Business Quick Tip

Always include a big, easy-to-read headline in all of your advertisements and marketing pieces. The headline is the “ad for the ad.” Prospects instantly decide whether or not to continue reading based on your headline. Therefore, if there is no headline, you can bet they will ignore everything you have written.

Believe it or not, less than 90% of advertisements contain headlines. That's good for you! Use them to cut through the clutter and grab attention.
